A car dealer's personal page, 1.1 million views in 30 days
Bracey's Motors is a UK used-car dealership. Its stock reels weren't getting seen, so we built the owner, Bracey, into the face of the business with a personal page about the cars he buys, builds and sells.

Where they started
Bracey's Motors' own reels were about the cars in stock and ran about 75 seconds each. Every one landed between 1,000 and 4,100 views, with likes at around 1% of views and barely any comments. Instagram showed them to existing followers and stopped there.
Buyers weren't seeing the cars, and nothing on the page gave anyone a reason to follow. The dealership had no TikTok at all.
People follow people, not forecourts
We put Bracey at the front. His page, @braaacey, follows the cars he buys, fixes, drives and sells, with the dealership in the background of every story.
In the month we measured, his median reel got 9,200 views, about four times the dealership page's, with half the followers.
Build series, not one-off posts
Every project becomes a story told across episodes: buy it, break it, fix it, sell it. Each one ends on what happens next, so viewers come back for the next part.
A London black cab with a BMW M57 diesel swapped in carried a whole month. One episode reached 244,000 views on TikTok and was shared 2,752 times. When the taxi went up for sale, the next series was already lined up: a 4-litre rear-wheel-drive limo.
Collabs that punch up
We pair Bracey with bigger builders and car pages and post as Instagram Collabs, so every video lands in front of both audiences at once. Across the month, collaboration reels got a median of 22,400 views against 4,700 for solo posts.
The Mk2 Golf build with Mk2 Spares also runs on the dealership page as co-author. Those posts got a median of 17,000 views, about eight times the dealership's usual reels.
Where they are now
In the 30 days to 20 October 2026, @braaacey was viewed 617,000 times on Instagram and 506,000 times on TikTok, more than 1.1 million in total, from a page started in mid-2026.
The dealership now has a face and an audience that follows each build, and the collaboration posts put its name in front of tens of thousands of car enthusiasts at a time.
